A specialist in leadership development, Nancy helps leaders increase their effectiveness by expanding self-awareness, changing limiting behaviors and leveraging strengths. Since the leaders’ behaviors are a reflection of an organization’s culture, Nancy helps leaders change an organization’s culture by aligning behaviors at all levels, starting with the individual, moving to the team and finally to the entire organization. In her fifteen years in the field, Nancy has helped clients in a wide range of industries, spanning financial services, high-tech, government, medical instruments, bio-tech, transportation, food service, entertainment, non-profit and education industries. Formerly, as a manager with Accenture's Change Management Practice, Nancy focused on guiding leaders in designing and implementing effective large-scale organization change strategies.
A frequent speaker and workshop leader, Nancy also teaches leadership development courses for young professional women aspiring to be great leaders. She has presented at conferences, universities and colleges, and has published articles on leadership and change.
As a certified professional coach and spiritual guide, Nancy also works with individuals dealing with life transitions, helping to bring clarity, overcome self-imposed limitations and step into a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Nancy holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and an MA in the Science of Creative Intelligence from Maharishi University of Management. She received her BS in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University.

John’s work focuses on establishing the integrity of an organization’s strategy and then determining where and how leadership and culture support or impede the execution of strategy. His work in the areas of leadership development and culture change is rooted in the understanding of how strategic goals shape and influence leadership and culture.
John has worked with senior leaders and leadership teams in a wide range of industries, including several credit unions. For the past seven years, his focus has been linking individual leadership development with their organization’s culture and strategy. John works with leaders to help them understand and shape their style, behaviors and decisionmaking in support of achieving the organization’s strategy and business goals.
John has a BA in cultural anthropology from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Maharishi University of Management with an emphasis in organization development. He has also pursued Ph. D. level studies and research in organizational behavior.
